| March 1st: | deadline for papers' submission registration and accommodation reservation begin |
| April 1st: | acceptance of papers |
| April 30th: | deadline for early registration and guaranteed accommodation rates |
| May 10th: | deadline for speakers' registration |
| May 31st: | deadline for late registration and accommodation according availability |
| May 31st: | final papers or presentations are due for being posted in the meeting website (a presentation is due in advance only if the speaker cannot provide a paper) |
