Registration and Accommodation
Registration and accommodation reservation are now open!
Deadline for late registration: May 31st, 2009.
Registration and accommodation for the 2009 International Energy Workshop are managed by VeneziaSi' Hotel Reservations, the official reservation centre of the Venetian Hotelkeepers Association.
Registration
EARLY REGISTRATION within April 30th:
- Full registration fee: Euro 450,00
- Reduced registration fee: Euro 300,00
LATE REGISTRATION within May 31st:
- Full registration fee: Euro 550,00
- Reduced registration fee: Euro 350,00
FULL registration fee for SELECTED SPEAKERS and AUDIENCE includes participation in all scientific sessions, refreshments during the meeting, three lunches, a welcome reception on the first day, a social dinner with boat tour on the second day and the meeting package (programme brochure, folder, bag, pen, badge, logistical information, Venice map).
REDUCED registration fee for PHD STUDENTS (students need to provide a copy of the Student Identification Card) includes participation in all scientific sessions, refreshments during the meeting, three lunches, a welcome reception on the first day, a social dinner with boat tour on the second day and the meeting package (programme brochure, folder, bag, pen, badge, logistical information, Venice map).
REDUCED registration fee for ACCOMPANYING PERSONS includes a welcome reception on the first day, a social dinner with boat tour on the second day and the meeting package for accompanying persons (bag, logistical information, Venice map).
Cancellation policy
Until May 31st: the entire registration fee will be refunded besides the transaction costs (1%).
Between June 1st and 7th: the 50% of the registration fee will be refunded besides the transaction costs (1%).
Between June 8th and 16th: no refunding.

Accommodation Reservation
Accommodation reservation in different hotel categories can be booked through the Registration & Accommodation Platform accessible at the end of this page.
ETSAP participants are also invited to make their accommodation reservation through the Registration & Accommodation Platform.
VeneziaSi' Hotel Reservations has made special price arrangements during the IEW 2009 with hotels in Venice. As Venice is a city with heavy tourism, we strongly recommend to make your accommodation reservation at your earliest convenience.
Accommodation availability and special prices are guaranteed until April 30th - same deadline for early registration. After this date reservations will be managed by VeneziaSi' upon request.
Reservation policy
At the time of booking the first night will be charged on the credit card as deposit. Total amount of your stay will be charged 7 days prior the beginning of the event.
Cancellation policy
Until April 30th: no penalty, besides transaction costs for payments through credit card (1%).
Between May 1st and May 31st: first night of penalty (for each cancelled room) and the transaction costs for payments through credit card (1%).
Between June 1st and June 7th: first and second nights penalty (for each cancelled room) and the transaction costs for payments through credit card (1%).
From June 8th to the arrival day: 100% penalty (for each cancelled room) and the transaction costs for payments through credit card (1%).
No - Show: 100% penalty and the transaction costs for payments through credit card (1%).
Accepted ways of payment
We accept two ways of payment: credit card and bank transfer.
