The ICCG supports international and multidisciplinary projects in collaboration with the most important research and policy institutions from all over the world:
- the "International Forum on Climate Governance"
focuses on an active comparison of initiatives which may evolve into concrete
environmental
policy
proposals at international level. It is characterized by interdisciplinary and
intercultural participation, interaction with the national and international
political institutions, NGOs and company organisations

- the "Development & Climate" project
focalizes specifically on newly industrialized countries: it aims at improving
their
environmental
performances and supporting their
sustainable development. The key aspect of this project is cooperation and knowledge
transfer, designed to follow the adaptation of the economic and environmental
system of the developing countries

- the
"Best Practice Lab": a 2.0 platform collecting and showcasing the best practices for tackling climate change all over the world. To this aim, ICCG has launched a survey among its internal staff to select the ten best ideas adopted in 2010. This initiative is the starting point to give birth to the web observatory, that will be inaugurated next Spring.

- the "Think Tank Map": a world-wide observatory on the existing think tanks active on climate change governance. This observatory wants to inform on the most important initiatives in this area and to offer the users the possibility to network with other stakeholders.
